Doing for our subscribers today as our parent company, Co-Mo Electric Coop., did for their members in the 1930’s.  Bringing a much-needed service to improve quality of life, bring forth opportunity, and increase economic development.  Then it was electricity and today it is reliable broadband internet service with bundling options that include dependable television and crystal-clear telephone service.  All brought to you via a state-of-the-art fiber-to-the-home network.

Service Area
Co-Mo’s service area comprises approximately 2,300 square miles in Central Missouri. Its boundaries extend from the Missouri River on the north to the Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Dam on the south and southwest, respectively; west to within eight miles of Sedalia; and east to within six miles of Missouri’s capital city, Jefferson City. The northern two-thirds is primarily agricultural with Interstate 70 traversing east and west across northern Cooper County. The Union Pacific Railroad link between St. Louis and Kansas City lies across the mid-section of Co-Mo’s service area. The southern third is hillier and more wooded in the Lake of the Ozarks Region where a majority of Co-Mo’s growth is occurring primarily due to the influence of the Lake and a resulting growth in the resort and tourist industry.

Concordia Bank of Concordia, Missouri opened its doors for business on July 2nd, 1932, after two existing banks in Concordia, Missouri failed during the Great Depression. Starting out with a capital stock of $25,000, we have grown and prospered over the years. We serve communities throughout the west-central region of Missouri, including locations in Concordia, Laurie, and Odessa.

The Main Street office, in Concordia, still operates out of the same building that was built in the 1920's.  Also, in Concordia is our Drive Facility, built in 1983.  The Laurie office began operation in 2001 and a new, bigger facility was built in 2008 to meet our customer needs.  The Odessa office began operation in 2006.  As customer needs kept growing, a new facility was built and opened in October 2016.  Concordia Bank is an independently owned, hometown community bank, priding itself on offering modern banking service with old-fashioned customer care. We were established to serve the financial needs of our customers and no line of financial service is beyond our charter in reaching that goal.

We appreciate every member at the Lake West Chamber and hope the community will support these members as they have the Chamber. We have several tiers available for new members, if you have any questions about our memberships please visit our website or give us a call 573-374-5500.

Building a stronger economy and a better business community since 1987!
