The hospital has been granted the Missouri Quality Award twice and is accredited by the Joint Commission.  Lake Regional Hospital offers many services including a state-designated Level III trauma center, comprehensive cardiac and orthopedic care, nationally accredited cancer care and a wound healing center. You will also find on the hospital premises primary care centers, an urgent care center, several pharmacies, and a multitude of specialty and rehabilitation clinics. Lake Regional Health Systems provides these services throughout the entire lake area, as well as offers different forms of home health care services to the community.

5. Low Crime Rate / Clean Air and Water

Lake of the Ozarks has wonderful air quality and water quality. Being a rural area, the abundance of trees contributes to the fresh air you will notice when you visit the lake area.
